This Privacy Policy applies to all interactions with Future Foods including retail purchases, ecommerce transactions, membership enrollment, promotional communications, and digital platform usage. By accessing our services, enrolling in the Future Foods Privilege Membership Program, or purchasing products through our ecommerce platform, you acknowledge and consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

The Company may distribute promotional materials including weekly advertisements, promotional pricing campaigns, budget-focused promotions, sales events, and membership-exclusive offers. Such marketing communications may be delivered through social media platforms including Facebook and similar advertising networks, as well as through email, mobile messaging services, and other digital or physical distribution channels.
6. Advertising Content and Regulated Product Promotions
Promotional materials issued by Future Foods may include advertisements relating to products available for sale within the Company’s retail locations or ecommerce platform. Such promotions may include grocery products, promotional discounts, sale pricing, and special weekly offers.
Advertisements may also include products that are subject to age restrictions or regulatory controls including alcoholic beverages such as beer, wine, and liquor, as well as tobacco products and electronic cigarette or vapor products where permitted by applicable law.
Future Foods strictly complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws governing the sale of regulated products and reserves the right to verify age and refuse sale where required or deemed appropriate.
7. Cookies and Digital Tracking Technologies
